ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 is a versatile column on high-purity silica that is often specified in pharmacopoeial and validated methods. Poroshell 120 EC-C18 uses 2.7 µm solid-core particles: its efficiency approaches that of sub-2 µm columns at lower back pressure, so it can run on a standard HPLC system.
When transferring a method to Poroshell, recalculate flow and gradient for the new column geometry and check system suitability.
